Ọnwá (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to giving you full control over your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of your account and associated data from the Ọnwá mobile app (the “App”).
As noted in our Privacy Policy, the App operates primarily offline and does not require user accounts or collect extensive personal data. However, if you have provided any information (e.g., via support emails or community features), you can request its removal at any time.
To request the deletion of any data we may hold — including support ticket details, community profile data, or analytics tied to your contact info:
No account login is needed — simply provide enough information for us to identify and remove your data.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), or similar regional regulations. These rights may include access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, and objection to data processing. For any of these requests, please use the same email process described above.
We may update this deletion process from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
