• App Crashes or Errors: Please include your device model and your iOS/Android version. A screenshot of the error (if visible) is also helpful.
• Calendar or Date Discrepancies: Let us know the specific date, your timezone, and what you expected vs. what you saw.
• Community or Radio Issues:Include your username and a description of the problem — we'll investigate quickly.
• Language Lesson Problems: Tell us which lesson or section is affected so we can review and fix it.
• Feature Requests:We love hearing ideas. Tell us what you'd like to see in future versions of Ọnwá.

We typically reply to support emails within 3–5 business days. For urgent issues, please include “Urgent” in the subject line to help us prioritize your message.
