By downloading or using Ọnwá (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App or its associated services.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Ọnwá, you agree to use the App in a lawful and respectful manner. You are responsible for any content you submit, share, or post within the App, including in community features. You agree not to:

• Post harmful, misleading, offensive, or abusive content.
• Impersonate other individuals or organisations.
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without written permission from AionTech.

AionTech reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

3. Community Guidelines

Ọnwá's community features are designed to celebrate Igbo culture and bring people together. We ask all users to engage with respect, empathy, and cultural sensitivity. Content that is discriminatory, hateful, or disrespectful to Igbo culture or any community will be removed.

We celebrate diverse opinions and discussions, but ask that all discourse remain constructive and in the spirit of cultural appreciation and preservation.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any account or user that violates these terms, engages in inappropriate conduct, or causes harm to other users or the community.

Users may also request account and data deletion at any time through our Account Deletion page or Data Deletion Request page.

5. Liability

Ọnwá and AionTech are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Cultural and historical content within the App is provided for informational and educational purposes. AionTech does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all historical information and welcomes corrections via our support channel.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, code, and interface elements in the App are the property of AionTech unless otherwise noted. For information about third-party and cultural content, please see our Copyright Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our App, our practices, or applicable law. Continued use of the App after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
